Exchange & Return Policy
Our guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent experience.
Return Conditions
- Timeframe: You may return the perfume within 48 hours of receipt.
- Usage Limit: The perfume must not have been used more than 2ml from the bottle.
- Defects: Returns are accepted for functional defects not disclosed previously (e.g., sprayer issues).
- Note: Outlet items may have cosmetic flaws (scratches, misprints) which are normal and not grounds for return unless functional.
Inspection & Item Types
Outlet Items: You have the right to inspect the product before accepting the order from the courier.
Sealed Box Items: Inspection is allowed only after receiving the order. For returns, the box must remain unopened and sealed.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your return request, we will inspect the package to ensure it meets our conditions (usage limit, no swapping, original condition).
Approved: Full refund via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
Rejected: If conditions are not met (excessive use, damage, broken seal), the item will be shipped back to you.
Shipping Fees
In case of a return for reasons other than a company error or defect, the customer is entitled to a full refund minus shipping costs.
Shipping fees are paid to a third-party courier service and are non-refundable.
